Digitization E-Documentation




The main objective is to develop and put in place an electronic system i.e. building scanning infrastructure , system and developing patch applications for smooth running and scanning of the documents required for an efficient, reliable and integrated system to achieve following objectives :
a) To maintain reference linking of registration no of new vehicles with that of phased out vehicles.
b) To convert all the related documents of permitted vehicles into electronic form by way of digitizing / scanning.
c) To convert all related documents of phased out vehicles into electronic form by way of digitizing / scanning.
d) To access trail of scanned documents pertaining to a vehicle. i.e. complete archival documents to the level of referenced linked phased out vehicle.
